IN MEMORY OF

Dr. Bill Seng, Technology disruptor and inventor of numerous game-changing patents particularly in the field of wide band gap (WBG) semiconductor technology.  Bill is co-inventor of LatticeX’s patented neutral force processing that eliminates bulk defects in WBG semiconductor materials enabling previously unattainable and desirable electrical and thermal characteristics.  Bill had an extraordinary career beginning with analysis and assessment of early SiC technology, culminating in his PhD and numerous patents. He also made significant contributions to space technology and national defense with leadership roles at Schafer Corporation, Sandia National Labs, and SAIC.  Sadly, Bill recently passed away on 11 March 2022, and the space and defense community will miss him greatly. The LatticeX Team is committed to building on Bill’s legacy of innovation and delivering defect-free WBG semiconductor materials and electronic devices for the power electronics industry enabling heretofore unimaginable system size reductions and efficiency gains.
